  2. Reserve the washer: Access the app, confirm the washer is available, and tap book to turn on the power plug.
  3. Start your wash: Load the washer and start the cycle physically before your pre-wash grace timer expires.

Operating Guidelines & FAQ

What are the operating hours?

The washer is available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (America/Bogota). Outside these hours, regular bookings are disabled for the night.

How much does a wash cost?

Tariffs are calculated per session:
• Start Price: COP 20,000
• Per-minute Price: COP 0 / minute (minimum duration of 30 minutes applies).

Estimated averages:
• Quick Wash (~30m): COP 20,000
• Medium Wash (~50m): COP 20,000
• Large Wash (~90m): COP 20,000

What happens if a booking is not used?

Once booked, the plug turns on and a 5-minute pre-wash grace countdown starts. If no wash is started within this period, the booking expires, requesting plug-off, and the machine becomes available again.
